Orders placed after 12:00 PM Singapore Time may be processed on the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. 2. Shipping Destinations and Carriers

All domestic orders are shipped via trusted local courier partners such as Singapore Post (SingPost), Ninja Van, or other logistics providers based on efficiency and cost. 3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time frame begins once the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier (not from the date of order placement). Below are our standard shipping options and estimated delivery times for Singapore addresses:

  • Express Shipping:‌ Available for an additional fee of SGD $8.99. Estimated delivery time is ‌1-3 business days‌ from the date of dispatch.
  • Next-Day Delivery:‌ Available for an additional fee of SGD $14.99 for orders placed before 12:00 PM Singapore Time on a business day. Delivery is attempted the next business day. This service is not available for all postal codes; availability will be shown at checkout.

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or customs clearance (for international inquiries). Delivery attempts are typically made during standard business hours.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. They are based on your selected shipping method, the destination, the weight of your items, and the package dimensions. We offer ‌free standard shipping on all orders over SGD $50‌ shipped to Singapore addresses. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website and apply only to the specified shipping method.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please first check your spam/junk folder, then contact us at ‌presentably@gardeningstools.com‌.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout. Please ensure the address, unit number, and postal code (e.g., 359694) are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Reshipment will require a new shipping payment, and any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages

  • Failed Delivery Attempts:‌ If the carrier attempts delivery but is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to receive the package), they will usually leave a notification card with instructions for pickup or redelivery. It is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier as per their card. Packages unclaimed after the carrier’s holding period may be returned to us.
  • Lost or Stalled Packages:‌ If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Please allow 5-10 business days for the carrier to complete their investigation. If the package is deemed lost, we will, at our discretion, either reship your items (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund for the affected products.
  • Damaged Packages:‌ If your package arrives visibly damaged, please ‌refuse the delivery‌ if possible and notify the carrier immediately. Also, contact us within ‌24 hours‌ at ‌presentably@gardeningstools.com‌ with your order number and photos of the damaged package and contents. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Combined Shipping
To ensure efficient processing, any requests to change your shipping address, cancel an order, or combine separate orders must be made ‌within 24 hours‌ of placing the order by contacting our customer service. We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate requests made after your order has entered the packaging or dispatch stage.
